RMB - Road to Recovery©

Over the next two years, the skilled nursing facility profession will be responding to the effects of COVID-19. This response will occur over multiple phases and require a strategic “Road to Recovery” plan at the operator and industry level. It’s challenging for leaders to focus on recovery now because they are in survival mode -- struggling to secure testing, scrambling for protective personal equipment (PPE), protecting staff and residents while revenue declines significantly and costs increase. However, as the country gradually travels down the road to recovery and reinvention, so will the profession. During this session, AHCA/NCAL will offer a preview of its Road to Recovery© initiative and offer a preview of the effort.
