The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated the challenges that providers already had with staff recruitment and retention. This session provides an overview of how providers can recruit and create positions for displaced workers utilizing the available pandemic waivers and ideas to retain them as businesses reopen. The presenters will also share ideas on how providers can support the needs of staff to help keep them motivated and engaged.
