Erin Devine is a registered nurse and project management professional with over a decade of experience in care transitions and operations management in the post acute care setting. Erin started her career in skilled nursing as a registered nurse after completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Vermont. She worked as a Director of Nursing for a large Continued Care Retirement Community in Prince George County where she was responsible for Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, three levels of Assisted Living and a community clinic. Erin went on to achieve a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management at Norwich University. She then transitioned to the hospital setting and has spent the past three five years working with hospitals on effective transitions of care and decreasing potentially avoidable utilization and associated cost. Currently Erin is the Director, Quality and Community Partnership for University of Maryland Medical System.
