Tovah Kasdin, J.D., is the director of ElderSAFE™ Center, an award-winning elder abuse prevention program located at Charles E. Smith Life Communities in Rockville, Maryland. Ms. Kasdin's experience includes: domestic violence prosecutor, Montgomery County, Maryland; non-profit manager; and consultant to the World Bank Group's Domestic Abuse Prevention Program. Ms. Kasdin is a frequent trainer and conference speaker and has testified on legislation at the local, state and national levels.
Ms. Kasdin’s memberships include: Leadership Montgomery Core Class of 2019; Board of Directors, Legal Resource Center on Violence Against Women; Steering Committee, Maryland Health Care Coalition Against Domestic Violence; and formerly a past president and Board of Directors, Maryland Network Against Domestic Violence. Ms. Kasdin received her B.A. with honors from Trinity College, Hartford, Connecticut and her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law.
