AHCA Virtual Convention FAQs What are the convention dates?

What are the registration rates and how do I register?
For more information on registration rates and how to register, please visit the Registration page. Note that Convention Management Resources (CMR) is the exclusive registration partner for the 2020 AHCA/NCAL Virtual Convention & Expo.
When will registration open and close?
Registration will remain open from Thursday, July 16 through October 23, 2020.
Will continuing education credits still be available?
Yes, CEs will still be available only to the registrant associated with platform login credentials. We will continue to collect licensing information as done in past conventions. For more information, please visit the Education General Information page.
What is the cancellation policy?
All registration sales are final and refunds are not available. AHCA/NCAL will permit the transfer of a registration to a colleague if a request is made via e-mail AHCAsupport@cmrus.com by September 16, 2020 at 11:59pm ET. All transfer requests must be sent to AHCAsupport@cmrus.com by this date and time, or they will not be processed. Transfers that meet this deadline will be processed starting on September 17, 2020 and confirmations will be sent via e-mail within three days of processing. Credits toward future AHCA/NCAL events are not available. Refunds for no-shows are not available. Each registrant will have access to the virtual platform and on-demand sessions from October 8-31, 2020.
Are registrations transferable to a colleague?

How do I log in to the virtual event platform?
All registrants will be provided with individualized log in credentials by CMR in a confirmation e-mail upon the completion of your registration transaction. You will use your credentials to log into the virtual event platform login page through the entire convention.
When will I have access to the virtual event platform?
October 8-31, 2020
How do I use the virtual event platform?
Instructional videos and tours will be available closer to the convention October live dates.
Will sessions be recorded to access later?
Yes. All registered attendees will have access to the platform and any sessions during the on-demand period up until October 31, 2020. Registrants will also be able to continue networking with Pledge Partners and exhibitors during that time.
