The IASIG recognizes that the game audio industry has a long way to go in terms of equal opportunity and access for minorities. As such we are making it a priority to elevate the voices of minorities to share their experiences with the wider audio community. We've brought together a panel of black composers and sound designers to AES to do just that, inform and inspire others through sharing their thoughts on the industry and struggles they have experienced and overcome. The goal of this panel is to recognize some shortcomings of the industry and inspire change through awareness and conversation.
