Software Engineer
Descript
Katrina Lui is a Software Engineer at Descript. As one of their first engineer hires, she has worked on building out core features of the editor, such as Overdub, filler word removal, and audio effects. Prior to joining the tech industry, she was a freelance photographer with a focus on fine art and documentary-style wedding photography. She is a San Francisco native and studied Information Systems at San Francisco State University. In her spare time, she enjoys biking around the city and dabbling in videography.
