Sound Designer and Mastering Engineer
Diana Hernandez is a Mexican audio engineer, sound designer, and sound artist. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Music Production Engineering. As a Fulbright grantee, she graduated from the Music Technology Master's program at New York University. She acted as the president of the Society for Women in TeCHnology (SWiTCH) at NYU leading research and artistic projects. She conducts research in the simulation and applications of immersive and 3D audio including musical and educational applications of mixed reality environments. She has experience working in the audiovisual industry as a sound designer and recording engineer. In addition to that, she is a flutist and works with musicians to explore new interactions between music and technology.
