Considering the fast pace of changes in dental education, there is a constant need for faculty calibration. Majority of faculty members are trained at various institutions and practices in different clinical models. Faculty calibration is key for pre-clinical and clinical settings. Thanks to the creation of online platforms at both departmental and unit level, faculty calibration exercises can be conducted online. In addition, these exercises can be a great starting point for early career faculty members or new faculty members joining the institution. This workshop will highlight the best practices in faculty calibration, utilizing technological advancements.
