Numerous dental schools are engaging in curricular revisions to address emerging oral health care needs. Curricular change can be a significant challenge for institutions due to the extensive resources, knowledge and experiences necessary to promote effective change. Through this workshop, you will learn how three schools have navigated curriculum changes. Each school offers unique insights with a variety of experiences across the spectrum of implementation phase, class size and curriculum structure. You will leave the session prepared to tackle curricular challenges with a host of strategies that can be targeted to your needs.

Outline reasons to motivate productive curricular change at their institution.
Identify pertinent constraints or challenges that can impede curricular change.
Draft a plan to integrate strategies that can support curricular change initiatives.
