This lecture covers a series of cases:
1. A serious burn wound in a dog involving all four limbs and portions of the trunk, managed with innovative analgesia protocols and closed with multiple modalities including skin stretchers, rotational flaps, and free grafts; 2. Successful management of a forelimb degloving injury in a dog managed with vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) and silver and free grafts; 3. Two difficult perineal injuries in dogs, one managed with a VAC application and the other managed with a customized tissue expander.
