This seminar gives participants the opportunity to engage in case discussions with board-certified large animal surgeons about the treatment of challenging wounds in horses. While the focus is treatment modalities, diagnostic workup, surgical aftercare, and short and long-term prognosis are also discussed. At the conclusion of the discussion, participants have gained an understanding of practical, state-of-the-art techniques to manage difficult wounds in the equine patient.
Pre-registration is required. Attendance is limited to 20.
