Exhibit Booth Package

As an exhibitor, you will be part of a select group of companies. Your presence will distinguish you from the competition.

Early Bird Rate: $3,300 per 10’ x 10’ booth

Standard Rate (after May 21, 2020): $3,500 per 10’ x 10’ booth

What’s included in each 10’ x 10’ booth package:

• 8’ background and 3’ side drape 
• 7” x 44” sign with exhibitor name and booth number
• Four complimentary exhibitor representative badges (separate registration required for CE badges)
• Up to four lunch vouchers (per 10’ x 10’) for Thursday, October 22; Friday, October 23; and Saturday, October 24. Use the dated vouchers, received with your registration materials, to receive complimentary lunch at one of the stations in the exhibit hall.
• One lead retrieval unit per 10’ x 10’ booth

Scavenger Hunt

Participate in this dynamic and fun activity to drive traffic to your booth. Using the mobile app, attendees will follow a clue to your booth and scan the QR code to answer your company’s question. ACVS will award prizes to the three highest-scoring participants.
