The ACVS Surgery Summit has long been the preferred venue for ACVS Diplomates, surgery residents, primary care veterinarians, technicians, and others to gather for the best continuing education, sharing, and networking opportunities in veterinary surgery.
In 2020, however, we are experiencing high unpredictability due to the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic.
Following much deliberation, the ACVS Board of Regents
has decided to forego the in-person Summit
scheduled for October 21-24, 2020, in Washington, DC.
While we will not gather in person this year, the ACVS Continuing Education Committee is actively and nimbly pursuing alternative approaches to meet your continuing education needs. We are excited to announce the committee is mapping a plan to offer selected Summit content, delivered by the top-notch presenters slated to speak at the Summit, via interactive webinars.
The goal is to allow you to earn continuing education credits wherever you may be, hone your surgical expertise, and most importantly, remain safe.
