This presentation is designed to teach technicians about electrocardiograms (ECGs). It will discuss the theory of why ECGs are performed, the methods for obtaining proper ECG recordings and the proper techniques for analyzing and interpreting ECG performed in the hospital/clinic.

Upon completion, participants will be able to define the parts of an ECG and describe situations in which to perform them.
