With compassion fatigue and burn out plaguing the industry, it is important to know what they are, and how they change our interactions. It is also important to recognize grief and the way it impacts understanding. This session delves into defining grief, as well as anticipatory grief, and how to work through it. It also goes through various types of communication and how to get your message through.
