Jonathan Elliott is a Cambridge University veterinary graduate. He completed a small animal internship (University of Pennsylvania) and PhD in Cardiovascular Pharmacology (University of Cambridge). In 1990 he joined the Royal Veterinary College (RVC) as a Pharmacology Lecturer where he is now Professor of Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology and Vice Principal for Research and Innovation. He has researched feline chronic kidney disease for the last 29 years and has published over 80 papers on the topic. He is currently president of the European College of Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology.
