I am a technician with a VTS in oncology and a passion for caring for the people in veterinary medicine. I am currently a Regional Training Partner with BluePearl Veterinary Partners, creating a training program and career paths for the technical staff. After conquering burnout, I became a certified compassion fatigue professional and strive to teach others how to fuel their compassion. I have 15+ years of experience in emergency and specialty medicine, with a background of general practice, shelter medicine, and teaching future veterinary technicians.
