Sabine Mann is an Ambulatory clinician and researcher at Cornell University. Her work focuses on the integration of nutrition, metabolism, and immune regulation in transition phases.
She graduated from the School of Veterinary Medicine (Hannover) in 2007 and then completed residency training at Cornell and in Munich, Germany. She became an ECBHM diplomate in 2012, a diplomate of the ACVPM in 2016, and a member of the Epidemiology Specialty in 2017. In 2016, she earned her PhD in nutrition and metabolism from Cornell where she leads an independent research group.
