This session will explore in depth multiple concepts in antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Faculty will focus on novel antibodies that can be associated with APS and can likely predict future thrombotic episodes. The focus of the session will also include scientific evidence against the use of DOACs in APS, and faculty will reiterate the current standard of care. Lastly, potential new clinical criteria will be discussed, as well as the hope for clinical therapy in the future.
