New ACR guidelines for the management of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) will be presented at this session. Faculty will review the guidelines, which include recommendations for the use of pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, management of patients with comorbidities, and vaccinations.

• Describe the methods used to develop the new RA guidelines and the rationale for the topics included/excluded in the guidelines
• Describe the 2020 guidelines and highlight differences from previously published recommendations
• Apply the new RA recommendations to a range of clinical scenarios
