Damage develops with lupus as a consequence of inflammatory processes and treatments. Despite the development of a comprehensive tool to score the presence or absence of damage, quantifying the severity of lupus damage remains a challenge. At this session, faculty will present the issues pertaining to the development of an improved strategy to quantify damage and its impact.
