Navigating an academic career can be difficult. In this session, two successful academicians will discuss how to manage academic career goals. The first talk will cover setting yourself up and finding your niche in the first two years of practice. The second talk will focus on navigating years three through seven, in order to put yourself on the right track for promotion and career expansion.
