Shirine Boulos Anderson specializes in the architectural planning and design of projects for higher education and private research institutions. A Principal at Ellenzweig, she is not only focused on the complexities of buildings for STEM and the Health Sciences, but on the design of these energy consumptive facilities with a greatly reduced carbon footprint. As the Sustainable Design leader of the practice, she is highly committed to advancing design technologies that significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the building sector to rapidly achieve carbon neutrality. Shirine is also an active member of the BSA’s Global Design Initiative for Refugee Children.
