Kristen has 20 years of experience championing collaborative and resilient design as an architect, biomimicry design studio instructor and sustainability coordinator. She has spent her career honing an integrative design process, rating system expertise, and researching regenerative systems and responsible materials. As a sustainability coordinator at Elkus Manfredi Architects she is developing resources, analysis work flows and advising design teams on optimizing outcomes towards their AIA 2030 goals. She also supports the office continuing education and coordinates a lecture series and recently finished administering a two year, $250,000 training grant for over 800 hours of sustainability related courses.
