Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery

Nancy Parks, MD, FACS, is an Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery and the Program Director for the Surgical Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery Fellowships at UCSF Fresno.
Dr. Parks received her medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed her General Surgery Residency at UCSF Fresno. Subsequently, she completed a Trauma and Surgical Critical Care Fellowship at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Parks joined the core faculty of the Department of Surgery at UCSF Fresno/Community Regional Medical Center in 2014. Her clinical activities focus on Trauma, Emergency General Surgery, and Surgical Critical Care. In addition to her clinical activities, as Program Director for the Surgical Critical Care and Acute Care Surgery fellowships, she not only mentors the surgical fellows, but helps design their curriculum, including clinical rotations, didactics, and professoinal development.
