Allan B. peetz, MD is an Assistant Profeesor of Surgery and trauma surgeon in the Division of Trauma and Surgical Critical Care at Vanderbikt University. Dr. Peetz received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, IN, and his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, Ann Arbor, MI. He completed a residency in general surgery at the University of Chicago and a fellowship in Surgical Critical Care & Trauma/Acute Care Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA. Dr. Peetz also completed a fellowship in medical ethics at the Center for Bioethics at Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA. Dr. Peetz’s research interests focus on trauma surgery ethics.
