Mohamed ElSaadani is a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine. Prior to that, he held the position of Research Fellow at Pascual Lab, in the Division of Traumatology, Surgical Critical Care and Emergency at the University of Pennsylvania, Perelman School of Medicine. ElSaadani is also a Medical Doctor; he received his degree from Mansoura Medical School in Egypt with the greatest distinction. His current research interests focus on the management of various brain insults and how different early management strategies influence both clinical and cognitive outcomes, especially in Traumatic Brain Injury and Intracerebral Hemorrhage. ElSaadani’s clinical areas of interest are Neurocritical, Cognitive Neurology, and Dementia.
