This session will begin with a case example of a patient in need of posterior maxillary bone vertical augmentation in the first molar location and second molar location with need for removal of the second molar. Both speakers will present their planned methods and show a similar case. There is 2 mm of bone in the first molar site. The second molar is fractured with the apex of the root within the sinus.
