Executive, Regulatory Affairs Americas & Global Strategic Policy
Diane Wurzburger, J.D., RAC is currently Executive of Regulatory Affairs for GE Healthcare with responsibility for the United States, Canada and Latin America as well as Global Strategic Regulatory Policy. Diane has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, with responsibilities that have included regulatory, quality system, clinical, compliance and reimbursement leadership for medical devices. Diane serves as the Medical Imaging and Technology Alliance (MITA) industry representative on the NESTcc Governing Committee. Diane is an active MITA member, serving on the Board of Directors and as Chair of the Technical and Regulatory Committee. She has served as a MITA industry representative to the MDUFA IV negotiations with FDA. Diane is also active in AdvaMed, chairing the China Regulatory Work Group and co-chairing of the Global Harmonization WG. She is a member of RAPS and is RAC certified. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall Law School. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
