Work experience:
Mr. Frost is currently Chief Executive Officer of OxEon Energy, a startup company in Utah. OxEon’s technology portfolio includes hydrocarbon reforming, synthetic fuel production, and high temperature electrolysis products. Prior to current commitments, Mr. Frost worked at the Idaho National Laboratory, a US Department of Energy Laboratory as Director of Alternate Fuels and Energy Systems and was responsible for development of programs in the area of hydrogen, fuel cells, and fossil energy.
Mr. Frost holds several patents related to solid oxide fuel cells, gasification, hydrocarbon reforming, and Fischer Tropsch technologies. He is listed on Research Gate (an online citation service) as having in excess of 60 published articles related to energy. He has previously served on a Science Advisory Council for both the Governor of Idaho and the Governor of Utah. He currently sits on boards of several small companies and a regional development bank.
