Michael Kurzeja is Founder & CEO of EZ-EV (an Exelon Venture). During his time with EZ-EV and Exelon, Michael has had a dynamic and versatile 18-year career in the electricity industry that includes product development/launch, development of business strategy, and a proven track record of incorporating innovations that drive value and transform businesses.
In his current role, Michael is leading a new technology venture to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles by incorporating advanced technologies into EZ-EV. Michael leverages big data & analytics, mobile application development, augmented reality, telematics, cognitive computing and social media platforms to address challenges facing our industry.
During Michael’s time at Exelon, he has held numerous roles outside of the company in education and non-profits. Michael is currently an adjunct professor at Drexel University’s Close School of Entrepreneurship and has served as a board member for both Collegium Charter School and NAYGN. Prior to joining Exelon, Michael served 5 years in the United States Marine Corps. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from Grantham University.
