Process and Specialty Engineer
Mr. Nguyen has eleven years of experience in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry. He has worked on multiple utility-scale power projects at all stages including proposal, detailed design, construction, performance testing, and operations and maintenance (O&M) support.
Since 2011, Mr. Nguyen has focused his career on utility-scale photovoltaic (PV) power generation projects and is recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in solar power plant design and performance test within the Fluor Power Community.
In addition to EPC experience, Mr. Nguyen has also supported some of the largest utility companies in the United States in their PV projects acquisition, construction, and performance testing. As an owner engineer, he has regularly performed site solar resource assessment and energy modeling as well as providing performance test validation, equipment due diligence, construction quality documents review, and project turnover support.
Mr. Nguyen received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from University of California, Riverside and a M.S. degree in Engineering Management from Duke University.
