Phil Rausch is the Business Development Manager for Hemlock Semiconductor (HSC). Phil has an 11 year background with HSC, holding various roles in manufacturing, finance, and engineering prior to his current role. Phil is focused on building upon HSC’s legacy as a world class polysilicon provider to create pull through demand for HSC primarily in the North America and Europe.
