The solar industry is at a tipping point right now. The costs of solar PV have come down considerably and everyone understands the environmental attributes of solar. With the right strategies and tactics, solar can truly become a household item, akin to microwaves, TVs, and computers. What lessons can we borrow from other industries to make this happen? This presentation will offer key observations from other industries that have led to mass adoption of their products and provide practical recommendations to apply them to the solar industry.
