As solar PV monitoring software becomes more advanced, it provides seemingly excessive amounts of detailed performance data to solar O&M providers, particularly in the C&I segment. With so much data to sift through, it becomes overwhelming, tiresome, and time-consuming. Is the increased amount of detailed data necessary when it comes to maximizing plant performance? Which data points truly affect the output and return on solar investment? It is our mission to answer those questions. In this session, we will lessen the burden of monitoring solar plants by helping and guiding C&I O&M providers sift through the tsunami wave of data. We hope to enlighten our attendees by highlighting specific environmental and mechanical factors that have proven to greatly contribute to fluctuating solar power production. By presenting real-life examples of successful projects and highlighting the components that contributed to their success, attendees will walk away with clear actions and ways to implement the right tools for the right data points on future installs. Our goal is to give them the information necessary to protect their solar PV investment.
