Laura is the Director of Digital Customer Experience at Central Hudson Gas & Electric Co. She has responsibility for strategy and execution of Central Hudson’s REV Demonstration Projects and digital customer experience initiatives. Laura has held positions of increasing responsibility within Engineering, IT and Customer Services over her 16 years with Central Hudson. She has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University and an MS in Electrical Power Engineering from NYU. In her spare time you can find her battling giant t-rexs, zombies and the occasional robot princess with the help of her superhero children.
