Amanda E. Bennett, MD, MPH, is a Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician within the Division of Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics (DBP) at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and is the Clinical Chair of the Autism Integrated Care Shared Governance Committee at CHOP. She has served as a consultant to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Expert Panel on Fragile X Syndrome and is site director and principal investigator for the Autism Speaks’ Autism Treatment Network (ATN) site in Philadelphia. She is also an active collaborator and clinical investigator within the Center for Autism Research at CHOP, with research interests in the identification and treatment of coexisting conditions in ASD and investigation of novel treatments for ASD through medication and nonpharmacologic intervention trials.
