Harry P. Cintineo, MS, CSCS

Harry Cintineo is a PhD student in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology at Rutgers University. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from Fairfield University in 2014 and completed two master’s degrees in Health and Human Performance and Applied Nutrition at Canisius College in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Harry also received his CSCS certification through the NSCA in 2016 and has worked with youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as general population individuals, in both field and research settings. His research interests range from the general effects of resistance training, nutrition, and supplementation on muscular adaptations and other physiological and endocrinological responses to long-term athlete monitoring for maximizing health and performance in team- and individual-sport athletes.
