David Sanders (CSCS*D) is a 4th year PhD student at Rutgers University. There, he works at the IFNH Center for Health and Human Performance (CHHP) under the direction of Dr. Shawn M. Arent. At the CHHP, he conducts research on various populations, ranging from ballet dancers to soccer players. David also works with athletes of all ages as a strength and conditioning coach at the CHHP. His research interests are in female athletes, athletic performance, energy availability, and overtraining.
