Stephanie Sontag CSCS, NSCA-CPT is a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Kansas working on her Master's in Exercise Science. She has worked on many projects in the Jayhawk Athletic Performance Lab and Applied Physiology Lab primarily focused on performance and endocrine data. Her thesis is looking at steroid hormone receptor phosphorylation in response to resistance exercise. While she is on the research track and plans to start a PhD program in the spring, she still enjoys being in the field by coaching a granny basketball team and interning with a football strength staff to manage their GPS tracking system and data.
