Bridget A. McFadden, M.B.S, CSCS*D is a PhD candidate at Rutgers University studying Kinesiology and Applied Physiology. She received her undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s University and currently works at the Center for Health and Human Performance under the direction of Dr. Shawn Arent. She is the exercise physiologist and assistant strength and conditioning coach for the Rutger's women's soccer team. Her research interests include exercise programming and athlete-monitoring to optimize health and performance outcomes, particularly in the female athlete.
