Christine T. Vu, BA, MPA

Associate Division Director, Boston Public Health Commission

Christine Thuy-Anh Vu's experience encompasses over 10 years of executive-level management, dedicated to advancing population health, economic development, and institutional growth. She is a specialist in system/program/policy design, strategic planning, and change management in public health and healthcare. At the Boston Public Health Commission (BPHC), Ms. Vu serves as the Associate Division Director to the Healthy Homes and Community Supports Division, where she spearheads strategic planning, change management, and quality improvement for a portfolio of diverse public health issues including asthma, injury prevention, oral health, and tobacco control. In this role, she also served as Principal Investigator to the Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund (PWTF) in Boston and lead strategic planning and quality improvement work for its community and clinical partnerships. Ms. Vu earned her MPA at the Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government, where she studied and researched science-based innovations in practice and policy, in addition to community and public health systems. Ms. Vu earned her BA at the University of California, Los Angeles. She was a Fulbright Scholar in Vietnam.
