Harm Reduction Coordinator, Cabell-Huntington Health Department

Michelle Perdue is the Harm Reduction Coordinator for the Cabell-Huntington Health Department. She has a bachelor's degree in Education K-6 from Marshall University and is a certified prevention specialist. She has 14 years of experience in the field of substance abuse prevention including working with at-risk youth, community engagement and collaboration, and grant management. Previously, Perdue was the Director of Cabell County Substance Abuse Prevention Partnership which is an initiative of the United Way of the River Cities.
