Isabella Morton, MD, MPH

Resident Physician, UCLA

Isabella Morton grew up in Los Angeles. She completed medical school at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and received her MPH at Johns Hopkins, focusing on global mental health. She returned to Baltimore for her intern year at University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt, where she discovered her passion for addiction psychiatry, before transferring to UCLA where she is currently completing her psychiatry residency. She is a chief resident of Community and Global Psychiatry and an APA Community Psychiatry fellow, is focused on increasing addiction training at UCLA, and also works at a forensic treatment program with formerly incarcerated individuals. In her free time she enjoys yoga, live music, foreign adventures and her book club.
