Jessi Massingale, PE, is a civil/environmental engineer, oceanographer, and principal with Floyd|Snider, a Seattle based consulting firm. Jessi has over 15 years of experience in the investigation, design, strategy, and regulatory compliance for marine/freshwater and upland remediation and redevelopment projects. She has expertise in sediment remedial design evaluation and cap modeling, environmental and civil engineering design, remedial investigations and feasibility studies, and the assembly of conceptual and design-level cost estimates. Her focus in recent years has also included agency negotiations and the management of complex multi-group and interdisciplinary upland and in-water remediation projects. She enjoys working in teams and has assisted clients in findings solutions to project challenges―whether they are engineering, technical, regulatory, or agency challenges. She is also an avid tea enthusiast and runner.
