Lincoln Lo: With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Lincoln is a well-rounded Professional Engineer with experience as a Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Engineering Designer in various public sector capital improvement programs. Currently employed in the role of Assistant City Engineer, Lincoln is the lead manager for the City of Long Beach Department of Public Work Design Division. Until recently, Lincoln was a Deputy Chief Harbor Engineer at the Port of Long Beach (Port), managing the construction of the Port's Rail Program and the construction of the new Civic Center for the Port. During his tenure at the Port, Lincoln also served as one of the leads in the development of a manpower management program for the Construction Management Division in determining and managing staffing and consultant procurement needs.
Ramanjit Brar: Ramanjit Brar has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He joined the Port of Long Beach in 2000 and currently leads the Construction Management Division in the capacity of Assistant Director. He has played key roles in Construction Management and Contract Administration of various Marine Terminals development, Shore-to-Ship Power Capital Improvements program, and other Infrastructure programs throughout the Port. In his current leadership role, Ramanjit focuses on staff mentoring, professional development, and training to keep his staff on the cutting edge of Construction Management.
Amir Arefnia: Amir has over 18 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Utility, and construction industry. He is a system engineer with experience in project controls in various oil and gas, Utility and construction capital programs. He joined the Port of Long Beach in 2017 and currently serves as program scheduler in Rail Facility Programs. Amir also supports development and implementation of resource management model at the Engineering Bureau of the Port.
