James Gilmore PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS is the Pharmacy Manager for Critical Care and the Emergency Department at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Prior to moving to California, James was a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. James graduated from the PharmD program at Northeastern University and completed an ASHP Accredited PGY-1 residency as well as a PGY-2 in Critical Care at Brigham and Women's Hospital. James has an active role in bedside practice, clinical research, and guideline development/implementation in several clinical areas. James has held leadership positions within several interdisciplinary groups at to further patient care in the inpatient setting. James has given multiple national presentations on topics including pain management and glucose management in the ICU. James has peer reviewed publications in several areas including infectious disease, anticoagulation, and glucose management.
