CURTIS D. COLLINS, PharmD, MS, BCPS, BCIDP, FASHP is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Infectious Diseases at St. Joseph Mercy Health System, Ann Arbor MI. Dr. Collins is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and Board Certified Infectious Diseases Pharmacist. He received his PharmD from Drake University and completed residency training at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. His work has also included service with a variety of organizations including the National Quality Forum, the Michigan Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and is a Fellow of the Michigan Pharmacists Association.
