CURTIS D. COLLINS, PharmD, MS, BCPS, BCIDP, FASHP is a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist, Infectious Diseases at St. Joseph Mercy Health System, Ann Arbor MI. Dr. Collins is a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and Board Certified Infectious Diseases Pharmacist. He received his PharmD from Drake University and completed residency training at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. He has published and presented in the areas of infectious diseases pharmacotherapy, pharmacoeconomics, and antimicrobial stewardship. Dr. Collins’ professional affiliations and service include the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). He is an ASHP Best Practice Award recipient and has served in numerous roles including as their Network Facilitator for Infectious Diseases and as Chair of ASHP's Section of Clinical Specialists and Scientists. His work has also included service with a variety of organizations including the National Quality Forum, the Michigan Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and is a Fellow of the Michigan Pharmacists Association.
