AVA's 2019 Annual Scientific Meeting will be held at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas! Attendees will receive special discounted room rates at the official conference hotel.

AVA Rate: $226 ($194 plus $32 resort fee) single/double + state and local tax

This rate is available until September 9, 2019, or until the block is completely exhausted, whichever comes first.

Hotel check-in is 4 p.m. local time. Should you arrive before 3 p.m. and you would like to check in to your room, there is a $30 early check-in fee.

Beware of Unauthorized Hotel Solicitations
Note that Caesars Palace is the only official hotel associated with our event. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences. The official hotels will not solicit you to make a reservation.

Self-parking is $15 a day
Valet parking is $24 a day
Free parking is available at Planet Hollywood across the street from Caesars Palace

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

McCarren International Airport (LAS) is approximately 15 minutes from Caesars. Taxis cost about $20-$25 from the airport to Caesars Palace. Uber and Lyft also operate out of LAS – instructions for those can be found here.

Airport Shuttle Service: There are a variety of airport shuttle services in Las Vegas. Bell Trans is one of the most popular providers to take guests to and from McCarren International Airport. Round trip costs are $15-$18. Please note that passengers are grouped into shuttles of up to 24 people and will stop at three to five hotels. Click here for more information.
